Q: How long in advance do I need to reserve my transportation?
You can reserve your transportation as soon as you receive
your flight schedule. At least one week in advance is
preferred.
Q: Do I need to call and confirm my reservation?
The company should contact you several days before your
reservation, if you are not contacted please call the office no later than the
day before you are scheduled to be picked up.
Q: How much luggage can we fit in the vehicle?
We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. If
you have more than
six bags, the driver can place some bags in the front.
Q: How will we recognize the driver at the airport or
hotel?
The driver will be at the designated limo area holding a sign
with our company logo
and your name printed on it.
Q: What if we can not find the driver at the airport or
hotel?

Q: How old do I have to be to rent a limousine?
Someone at least 18 years old must sign the rental
agreement.
Q: When should I make my reservation?
You should make your reservation as soon as you decide on a
date and time, if you desire a certain vehicle this is very important, we rent
on a first come first serve basis.
Q: How can I hold a vehicle and make a reservation?
To make a reservation and hold a vehicle you can contact us
on our secure reservation page on this
sight or by phone at 1-800-656-1185. A major credit card is needed to do this.
You may also come into one of our offices and leave
a cash deposit.
Q: When do my charges start, at pick up point or when
the vehicle leaves the garage?
The charges begin at pick up point unless that point is
more than 50 miles from garaging location. Then additional charges may apply.
Q: How do I pay for the services?
We accept most major credit cards, travelers checks and
cash. We do not accept personal checks within 21 days of any job.
Q: When do I pay?
If you are paying by cash you must pay any balance to
driver at first pick up. When paying
with credit card all charges are done thru the office.
Q: Can I smoke and drink alcohol in the limo?
All our vehicles are smoke free, alcohol may be consumed in
the back of a limo if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. The use of
illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Q: May I request a particular driver or limousine?
Yes, this should be done at the time you make your
reservation, we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

Yes, we can provide limousine service for your prom.

date of your prom. This is very important if you want one of our specialty or
exotic vehicles.

No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the
limousine under any circumstance.

Yes, we have wedding packages available.
Q: What do I get in a wedding package?
Our wedding package consists of up to 4 hours of red carpet
service by our professional, tuxedoed
chauffer with champagne and soft drinks provided in each vehicle.
Q: What if I need the limo for more than 4 hours?
Additional time can be added to any wedding package on a
per hour basis.
Q: When should I book my wedding?
You should book your limousine as soon as you secure a time
and date. Many of our reservations are made up to a year in advance. This is
very important if you desire one of our specialty or exotic vehicles.
